In 1990 the senior team made it through to the Final of the MacLarnon Cup where they faced the might of St. Patricks High School, Downpatrick. The Down College had blitzed their way to the final with a 5-10 win in the quarters over Ballymena highlighting their power and potential. In the final Eunan's were wiped out in a one sided contest by a score of 1-17 to 0-01. Tony Blake the goal keeper was the scorer of the solitary point in the final coming up to split the posts with a long range free.
