Mark McGowan
Mark McGowan is presently a student entering 6yr in the college. Mark plays his football in defence and his prefered position is in the left corner back berth. Mark has represented all the teams in the college with distinction and he has also represented the county teams at all levels, winning a Buncranna Cup with the U16 team and an Ulster Minor League in athletics and Championship in 2006.
Mark is a superb athelete, representing the college in athletics winning a number of national titles along the way. Mark's anticipation and ability to read the flow of a game along with his speed make him the best left cornerback in Ulster at his age group in 2006.
As a man marker he is tenacious in the tackle, economical with the ball and deadly accurate with his distribution to the midfield and forwards.
